**Job Title: Business Set Up Advisor**
**Location: Dubai, UAE**
**Salary: 3,000 to 3,500 AED + Incentive**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our business setup services to potential clients and guiding them through the process of establishing their businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Lead Generation**:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that require business setup services.
**Client Consultation and Needs Assessment**:
Consult with potential clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Conduct needs assessments to determine the most suitable business setup solutions for clients.
**Proposal Preparation and Presentation**:
Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining the services offered, pricing structures, and timelines. Deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of the business setup services.
**Negotiation and Contract Closure**:
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, scope of services, and delivery schedules. Close deals and secure contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support as needed.
**Cross-Selling and Upselling**:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services or solutions to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage opportunities for expanding the scope of services provided to clients.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
**Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning**:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape related to business setup services.
Continuously enhance knowledge of the company's services, offerings, and value proposition.
**Team Collaboration and Support**:
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide support and guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and insights to drive collective success.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in business services or consultancy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
