**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage with potential clients interested in off-plan real estate properties.
- Generating clients leads to buying, selling, and renting a property.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding off-plan properties.
- Facilitating smooth negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of prosperity transactions,
contracts and client details.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and foster long term relationships with clients.
- Be driven by targets in a performance-based commission structure.
- Showcase innovative marketing skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing channels.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a strong understanding of RERA rules governing property transactions in Dubai.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate agent, with a proven track record of successful sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and industry trends.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
