Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to and from designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure all items are delivered in good condition.
- Maintain and organize delivery paperwork, such as invoices and delivery receipts.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing their delivery needs.
- Report any delays, accidents, or other traffic incidents to the supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse or logistics tasks as needed.
