Female Telephone Operator
Location: Coral Dubai Deira Hotel, Dubai, UAE
Position: Telephone Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Female Telephone Operator to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with a high level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
- Record and relay messages to ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or communications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
