Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing social media channels, creating compelling ads, and producing high-quality graphics and videos. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong understanding of both sales strategies and marketing techniques, particularly in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate sales leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.







· Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into sales opportunities.

· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.

· Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Design and produce effective advertising campaigns for both digital and traditional media.

· Track and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, making adjustments to optimize results.

· Produce high-quality graphic videos for promotional and marketing purposes.

· Utilize video editing software to create engaging visual content that resonates with the target audience.

· Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.

· Visit construction sites to capture professional photos for marketing and documentation purposes.

· Edit and enhance photos using Photoshop or other editing software.







· Ensure photos accurately represent the company’s projects and maintain high visual standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
