Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. The Guest Service Officer is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the back of the house within the front office with regard to reservations and pre-arrival responsibilities.

Qualifications







Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

One year of work experience in handling reservations/pre-arrival team.
