Physiotherapist

· Work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, and respiratory.

· Diagnose, assess, and treat their physical condition.

· Develop and review treatment programs that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques.

· Involve parents and carers in the treatment, review, and rehabilitation of patients.

· Educate patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions.

· Write patient case notes and reports and collect statistics.

· Liaise with the Head of the department to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention.







· Responsible for regular risk assessment of both environment and working practice to maintain safety of self and others, adhering to the standards required.

· Determine clinical diagnosis and provide physiotherapy treatment indicated as an autonomous practitioner, developing appropriate packages of care, giving clinical/professional advice to patients, carers, and other health care professionals.

· To carry out other duties that may be required by management and that fall within the post holders’ capabilities.

· To facilitate effective communication within the physiotherapy department.

· To play an active role in the operational, strategic management, and development of the physiotherapy service.

· To ensure data collection and analysis to reflect the full extent of the physiotherapy service while monitoring activity, standards, and outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract






Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

- PT: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- DOH (Preferred)
