Responsibilities:
1. Follow standard processes to accomplish tasks (Understand & follow oral and written directions)
2. Attend & complete assigned tasks within an assigned time to the best ability and ensure quality services & customer satisfaction.
3. Leave site clean & neat
4. Keep the customer informed of the task nature & progress upon site arrival & prior leaving the work site.
5. Share outstanding issues & suggested enhancements / recommendations
6. Fill up Job Completion Certificate / Job Card / EH&S; site surveys
7. Inspect air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation & diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and make recommendations
8. Clean coils, blowers, checks motors, and belt tensions
9. Work closely with colleagues as part of an integrated team
10.
Recognize safety hazards commonly found in HVAC operations, and identify and implement appropriate controls to ensure safe work
11. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
12. Recognize and identify potential risks and hazards associated with performing all work-related duties safely
13. Attend regular (EH&S; / Technical) Trainings & meeting
Requirements:
1. Diploma (or equivalent) in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Field
2. Minimum 6 months of working experience / internship in the HVAC industry / field
3. DX & Airside Equipment knowledge
4. Reciprocating chillers knowledge
5. A valid driving license is a plus.
