We are looking for a Female Admin and Operations Executive to join us immediately:

Job responsibilities:

- Responding to the Customers' Queries swiftly through Emails, Messenger, Whatsapp, Instagram and Google messages.

-Contacting Hospitals, Clinics , Hotels for meetings and appointments

-Creating Post on Social Media Plateforms

-Handling invoices and payments, keeping the filing records intact

- Maintaining daily time sheets for the Healthcare staff.

- Other Administrative roles as assigned by line manager.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft office.

- Must have good communication skills. Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).

-Bachelor in Nursing with experience in Homecare adminstration in UAE would be preferred
