1. Maintain the entire hotel apartment facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, FLS, HVAC systems, and other related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
2. Ensure the upkeep of guest areas to maintain IHG standards.
3. Conduct house tours and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structures of the hotel apartment, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and any other related equipment.
4. Verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces and verify completion of all repairs, replacement, and renovation projects to offices and employee work areas.
5.
Follow prescribed safety procedures for personnel and equipment by IHG standards / HACCP / Dubai Municipality standards and Civil Defense standards.
6. Maintain effective energy management and preventive maintenance programs and conduct special training for other operating departments on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy in the hotel apartment.
7. Schedule employees and control them.
8. Maintain all FLS Equipment in a healthy condition.
9. Conduct general office administration (responding to letters, emails, and special requests).
10. Supervise all engineers and colleagues.
11. Plan, execute, and control maintenance work, Green engages, DET, QEMS, JANA control, etc.
12. Organize and maintain important files, bills, and receipts.
13. Work closely with CDOE to smoothen operations.
14. Control vacation planning.
15.
Support the creation of departmental budgets and control expenses.
16. Train and practice emergency and security issues.
