A company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Director to lead their efforts in penetrating the real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, achieving ambitious targets, and fostering key client relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for effective penetration of the UAE market. Analyse market trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities to inform strategy.

Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious yet realistic land sales targets for the Middle East region, with a primary focus on the UAE. Regularly monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and stakeholders in the UAE real estate industry. Foster long-term partnerships and identify collaboration and business development opportunities.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Provide guidance and support to help the team achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance skills and capabilities.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the UAE real estate industry. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.

Marketing and Branding: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns tailored to the UAE market. Maximize brand visibility and awareness through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and sponsorships.
7. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with potential clients, investors, and partners to secure lucrative land development deals, joint ventures, and sales contracts. Drive the negotiation process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Minimum 7-10 years of demonstrated success in real estate sales.
2. Proven track record of achievements in the Middle East, specifically within the UAE market.

Strong leadership capabilities with a background in managing and motivating sales teams.
4. Successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5. Excellent comprehension of UAE real estate market dynamics.
6. In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
7. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
8. Track record of driving business growth and expansion in competitive markets.
9. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
10. Ability to build strong rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
11. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret market data.
12. Proficient in identifying opportunities and making data-driven decisions.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
14. Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance standards.
15. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
16. Open to frequent travel within the Middle East region as required.
