Join our dynamic real estate team based in Dubai Hills. We're a forward-thinking company dedicated to showcasing our properties and engaging with our audience through visual storytelling. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we're seeking a talented individual to join us as a Vlogger & Social Media Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital narrative and amplifying our brand presence across various platforms. You'll be responsible for creating captivating vlogs that highlight our properties, engage with our audience, and showcase the unique aspects of our real estate offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Camera Operation and Direction:
You will be the behind-the-scenes wizard,





capturing every moment and ensuring our vlogs maintain high production quality. Collaborate closely with directors and on-screen talent to bring our vision to life.
2. Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our in-house produced vlog series. Brainstorm creative ideas, plan shoots, and ensure content aligns with our brand objectives and target audience.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with our in-house marketing team to integrate vlog content seamlessly into our overall marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.
4. Social Media Management:
Take charge of all aspects of social media management, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to optimize our content strategy.
5. Copywriting:
Craft compelling copy for social media posts, video descriptions, and promotional materials.





Tailor messaging to resonate with our audience and drive engagement and conversion.
6. Analytics and Optimization:
Monitor performance metrics across all social media channels and use data-driven insights to refine our content strategy and maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in videography, in a vlogging or digital content creation capacity. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with directors, stakeholders, and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.





Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content for search. Familiarity with real estate industry trends and terminology (preferred but not required). Bachelor's degree in marketing, media or similar field (preferred but not required).
