Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers,





executing all required steps to list a property and manage the process until the agreement is finalized.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare listing materials and pre-listing presentations.
• Responsible for Sales and Leasing availability list and prices.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices align with market values.
• Negotiate listing prices to achieve the best market value.
• Coordinate showings, schedule open houses, and check property portal ads.
• Must have a work experience in CRM system.
• Update and manage listings on the CRM system.
• Follow up with the marketing coordinator for post updates.
• Present offers from buyers and tenants and facilitate negotiations.
• Ensure a high number of verified units are listed.
• Must be professional in MS office.

Qualifications:

• Can join immediately.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a call center agent/representative or relevant field.
• Excellent communication,





negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Excellent command of English/Arabic and MS Office.

Benefits:
