Job Description:

As a Female Sales Officer at Melodica Music Academy, you will be the face of our institution and play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for our students, parents, and staff. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth flow of operations,





and promoting sales of our music education services.

Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
2. Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries.
3. Student Support: Provide information and assistance to students, parents, and staff regarding classes, schedules, and general queries.
4. Records Management: Maintain accurate records, including student attendance, schedules, and other relevant data.
5. Facility Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth classroom operations and handle facility-related matters.
6. Payments and Invoicing: Process payments, invoices, and maintain financial records related to student enrollments.
7. Sales Promotion: Actively promote and upsell music education services to potential students and parents.
8. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries,





concerns, or issues from students, parents, and visitors in a professional and helpful manner.
9. Team Support: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective communication and the overall efficiency of operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role and sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.






- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Active and outgoing.
- Preferably someone who can join IMMEDIATELY .
