Senior Software Sales Executive - Banking Investment

Responsible for leading and executing sales deals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
What you'll do!
- Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Prepare and develop presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to management.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Contributing to the company’s growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape, etc.
- Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.
What you should have!
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in senior sales roles.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
- Proven track record in quota-bearing roles,
including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations demonstrating the ability to hunt within the sales territory.
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data, business groups, technology, and product management.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms, including MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions for Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Banking.
- Ability to articulate value proposition and ROI effectively.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Responsive, reliable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to present compellingly and negotiate complex deals.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales with multiple decision-makers.
- Collaborative, team-oriented player with the drive to contribute to individual and group results.
- Coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage internal resources to navigate and complete the sales cycle.
- Proven record of building and managing a sales pipeline and achieving/exceeding quota.
- Ability to match customers’ needs with solutions.
