Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading interior fit-out contractor that delivers comprehensive turnkey solutions across Commercial, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, and Residential sectors. We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive (Native Arabic Speaker) to help grow the business by identifying and engaging with new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social platforms, qualifying leads based on specific criteria.
2. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, using CRM tools to track and nurture leads.
3. Effectively communicate the value of the services to prospective clients.
4.





Schedule meetings and product demos between leads and the sales team.
5. Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth hand-off of leads and provide insights on client needs.
6. Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and meeting targets.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to position the services better.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B environment, though B2C experience is also welcome.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
3. Self-motivated, goal-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team.
4. We value a positive attitude and results over formal education.
5. Native Arabic Speaker.
