Job Summary:
As the Case Processing Manager, you will oversee the immigration case processing team, ensuring that all cases for Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations. You will provide strategic leadership and support to your team,
ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage the case processing team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of immigration cases.
2. Review and assess complex immigration cases related to Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, providing guidance to team members.
3. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance case processing efficiency.
4. Monitor case progress and proactively address any potential issues or delays.
5. Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather necessary documentation for case processing.
6. Collaborate with attorneys and external stakeholders to facilitate case management and compliance.
7. Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
8. Stay current with changes in immigration laws and policies across the relevant regions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration case processing.
2.
Strong understanding of immigration processes for Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
3. Proven leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
