Al Alamia Veterinary Medicine Manufacturer is a leading, modern facility in Al Ain City, specializing in veterinary pharmaceutical production. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team for a long-term, stable role in a friendly, family-oriented work environment.
Position:
Machine Operator
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: AED 1,200 - AED 2,000 per month
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Set up machinery for operation.
• Start machinery and make adjustments to optimize performance.
• Operate machinery and follow standard operating procedures.
• Calibrate machines prior to production.
• Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and manage finished product transfer.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform quality control checks and adhere to reporting procedures.
• Clean and maintain equipment before and after production.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Follow all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to production standards.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and follow both written and oral instructions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early, late hours, weekends, and overtime if needed.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and strong computer skills.

Salary & Benefits:
• UAE residency visa, MOHRE labor contract, Abu Dhabi labor card, and work permit.
