• Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for design and detail. This role requires collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met.






• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all phases of the project.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project to minimize disruptions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in interior fit-out projects.






• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
