Job description
Job Title: HR and Admin Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Overview:
The HR Assistant will support the HR department by handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee records, and HR compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• To assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• To coordinate with employees regarding their joining formalities, visa process, documents, deployment and HR related issues and report the same to management.
• To complete all the documents of employees and maintain proper employee records.
• Process,
verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and medical insurance, and employee leaves of absence.
• To handle medical insurance invoices and claims, documentation, additions and deletions of employees in coordination with HR Manager.
• To coordinate with PRO for employment visa and other related formalities. (Stamping, medical etc.)
• Data base Management of all the employees in the HR system and update it as and when required.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments.
• Prepare and organize documents and reports.
• Handle office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and events.
• Deal with employee requests or issues regarding medical insurance, HR processes and direct them to the concern personal.
• Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Female would be preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
