Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to join our team for complex buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction - HVAC systems, with mandatory UAE and offshore experience. This role requires leadership in designing and implementing HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HVAC systems for large-scale buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure that all mechanical aspects of HVAC systems meet the required specifications and standards.
- Oversee and manage the project lifecycle, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems during construction and post-construction phases.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and the project team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is a must.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in Buildings and Infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Construction - HVAC systems.
- UAE experience is a must.
- Offshore experience is also a mandatory requirement for this role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

• Mechanical Engineer: 8 years (Required)
• UAE: 5 years (Required)
• Construction MEP: 8 years (Preferred)
• Offshore: 2 years (Preferred)
