Job Description:
Omega CFM Building Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing fitout and general maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise all aspects of fitout and general maintenance projects from inception to completion.
2. Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets,
and ensure adherence to these plans.
3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
5. Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
6. Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management and clients.
7. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
8. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing fitout and general maintenance projects.
3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications.
7. Valid UAE driving license.
