As a Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks for our executive. Your primary duties will include:

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensuring the executive's schedule is optimized for productivity.
**Maintaining files and records, both physical and digital.**
Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
**Office & Property Organization**:
Keeping the office / Property environment organized and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Handling basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and filing.
**Personal Support**:
Assisting with personal errands and tasks as required.
Managing personal appointments and commitments.
**Meeting Support**:
Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations as needed.
Coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
**Travel Coordination**:
Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Creating travel itineraries and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs.
