**About the Job**:
Tigrus International Restaurant Holding is looking for charming, confident & friendly - Hostess, who wants to grow with us and in restaurant business.

This Casual dining restaurant holding provides Italian & Georgian cuisines.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide the perfect service experience for every guest by ensuring they will feel important and welcome in the restaurant.
- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Assist them to the designated waiting list areas.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.






- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to any guest complaints, address the floor supervisor as necessary and help to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering reservations and restaurant food & services inquiry.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed. Report to the restaurant on time and in proper and clean uniform. Must possess team player and a go-getter attitude. All other duties and responsibilities assigned by the general manager and managing director must be completed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English - reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic will be an advantage.
- Work experience of at least 6 month is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of contract.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team and development orientation.
- Positive thinking and quality preference.
- Energizing and pleasant appearance.
- High responsibility,
