We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive/Manager with **3-5 years of specialized experience in off-plan property sales to join our Real Estate Development Team!**
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of off-plan properties through effective client engagement and relationship-building.
- Utilize your expertise to advise clients on investment opportunities and property selections.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of proven success in off-plan property sales.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong network within the real estate industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
**- Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.**
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
