H & S Real Estate Ajman is seeking for a talented Direct Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Location: Ajman, UAE
Position: Direct Sales Executive
Language Requirements: Fluent in English. Russian, Arabic & Urdu would be added advantage
: As a Relationship Manager at H & S Real Estate Ajman, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for managing relationships and driving sales for H & S Real Estate projects located in UAE. Your role will involve individual or team management capability to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:-
• Selling properties direct from the developers.
• Achieving allocated sales targets through direct effort or via agents
• Meeting prospecting targets by ensuring the required number of prospects per day
• Achieving tele-calling targets in terms of the number of connected calls
• Maintaining overall activity levels
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
• Conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities for further sales within key clients
• Informing clients about other products and services offered by H & S Real Estate, Ajman
• Attending meetings with clients to strengthen relationships with existing accounts
• Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales
• Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Sales Administration
• Escalating and resolving client concerns promptly
• Updating the CRM system and keeping account managers informed of client changes
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure effective fulfilment of client needs

Remuneration: We offer Attractive Salary + Commission
