Job Title: Arabic Content Writer for Vista Properties
Location: Dubai.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write high-quality, engaging, and informative content in Arabic, including but not limited to website content, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Translate key marketing materials from English to Arabic, ensuring the translated content retains the essence and tone of the original message.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to produce content that is relevant and insightful.
- Work closely with the SEO team to incorporate strategic keywords and optimize content for better visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content objectives, target audience, and branding guidelines to ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all content.
- Proofread and edit Arabic content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and shifts in the Arabic-speaking regions to ensure content remains current and engaging.
**Requirements**:
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Arabic.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to translate content accurately and effectively from English to Arabic.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published articles or content pieces, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research and translate complex real estate concepts into clear,
engaging content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
