Job Title: Executive Secretary/ Administrator
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage the businessman's calendar and schedule appointments.
- Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with presentation coordination.
- Handle personal errands and tasks, such as managing personal finances, shopping, and reservations.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support,
such as drafting documents, maintaining records, and filing paperwork.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Receptionist is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if necessary.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrator: 4 years (preferred)
