**Job Description for Sourcing Executive**

We are urgently looking for a Sourcing Executive with Oil & Gas or Chemical industry background.
- Market research for Oil well Chemicals (upstream and downstream)
- Sourcing the material while reducing Risk and price
- Develop a sourcing strategy to align with the Company's requirements and goals along with capabilities and resources.
- Identifying potential suppliers for soliciting bids including, goods or service-related specifications, cost breakdown and analysis, and delivery & service requirements.






- Performs thorough procurement analysis to evaluate vendor performance, cost-effectiveness, and market trends to inform strategic purchasing decisions.
- Working on PO requests, requesting quotes, approving PO's fulfillment, and vendor onboarding, working with requesters to obtain additional information and to attend to the business needs within the expected timeline.
- Builds vendor relationships to secure the best prices on products for the company and negotiate prices when necessary.
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in their own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any chemical-related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within the Oil well chemical or oil and gas industry (upstream or downstream).






- Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and procurement software/tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
