**Job Summary**: As the Team Leader Property Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets, ensuring high standards of client service, and driving the overall performance of the team. You will leverage your expertise in the real estate market to mentor and develop team members, strategize sales initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team briefings to provide guidance, feedback, and support.






- Implement and monitor performance metrics and conduct performance reviews.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales target for the team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of property proposals, market analyses, and other relevant documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to company procedures and compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee the management of property listings, transactions, and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:







- Proven experience in real estate sales and property consulting.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a real estate environment.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, property trends, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
