*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Sales Target Planning:* Develop and execute monthly sales targets within the given timeframe, focusing on achieving predefined objectives.
- *Team Motivation and Support:* Provide guidance and motivation to your team to ensure sales targets are met.
- *Leadership:* Assist the Sales Team by leading, directing, and motivating them to achieve overall corporate sales objectives.
- *Business Development:* Identify new investors and clients, expanding business opportunities across various geographies.
- *Client Prospecting and Market Analysis:* Prospect potential clients, analyze market trends, and facilitate negotiation processes to ensure fair and honest deals.






- *New Business Opportunities:* Research and prospect to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- *Client Presentations:* Deliver presentations on our projects, manage negotiation and finalization processes.
- *Client Management:* Address client objections, concerns, and queries with ease.
- *Market Expertise:* Stay informed about the market and new projects to provide clients with accurate advice and guidance.
- *Sales Team Leadership:* Lead and supervise the real estate sales team, perform administrative duties, and stay updated on the latest industry changes.
- *Sales Goal Setting:* Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the team and conduct regular sales meetings.
- *Marketing and Selling Strategies:* Plan, design, and implement marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits.

*Requirements:*
- *Experience:* Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate in the UAE is a must. Additionally,





1 to 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate is required.
- *Presentation and Work Ethic:* Well-presented with a strong work ethic.
- *Problem-Solving:* Excellent problem-solving skills.
- *Customer Service:* Strong customer service abilities.
- *Organizational Skills:* Excellent organizational skills.
- *Negotiation and Communication:* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

*Education and Qualifications:*
- *Degree:* Bachelor’s degree is required.

Salary ;
- The salary will be competitive and based on the best of your performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
