**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize videography and scripting skills to create compelling visual content, including property tours, promotional videos,





and virtual tours.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies for media production, advertising, and public relations.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** (5+ years) in real estate marketing, preferably in Dubai.
- **Expertise in videography and scripting** for creating promotional content.
- **Strong knowledge of social media marketing** and digital advertising strategies.
- A solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market and trends.






- **Creative mindset** with the ability to generate fresh ideas to engage target audiences.
- **Languages**: perfect English, second language ideally Chinese or German
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a high-growth real estate company in Dubai.
