Job Title: Sales Coordinator - CRM & Selling Process

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate sales activities to ensure seamless operations and achievement of sales targets.

Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team, providing support and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

CRM Management:
Manage and optimize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

Ensure CRM data accuracy and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Selling Process Management:
Lead Management: Track and manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification.







Quotation Management: Create and manage quotations in ERPNext, ensuring they are accurate and timely.

Sales Orders: Process sales orders using ERPNext, ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

ERPNext Integration:
Utilize ERPNext to streamline sales processes, including lead tracking, quotation generation, sales order processing, and customer invoicing.

Ensure proper integration of CRM and ERPNext systems for efficient sales operations.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.

Act on customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify trends.







Analyze sales data from CRM and ERPNext to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.

Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role with a focus on CRM and selling processes, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERPNext, with a strong understanding of sales processes including lead management, quotations, and sales orders.







Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with oil and gas industry-specific CRM and ERP tools.

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
