We are delighted to announce an opportunity to join our esteemed luxury brand specializing in Abayas, Kaftans, Dresses, T-shirts, Shirts, Shorts, and Pants as a skilled Master Cutter & Tailor. We are in search of an individual with exemplary fabric cutting, sewing, and stitching abilities, coupled with a discerning eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with designers and clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and creative visions.
- Execute precise fabric cutting based on provided patterns with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of stitching techniques to ensure high-quality garment construction.
- Showcase excellent sewing and cutting skills to produce garments of exceptional quality.
- Translate conceptual ideas from sketches and images into tangible samples with precision and accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- A proven track record as a Master Cutter & Tailor, boasting a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in working with different fabrics, trimmings, and sewing techniques to meet diverse design requirements.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, designers, and clients.
- Familiarity with operating industrial sewing machines and equipment to streamline production processes.
- Proficiency in the English language to facilitate clear communication within the workplace.
- While not mandatory, a degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Tailoring, or Garment Technology is considered advantageous.
