**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the maintenance sector.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the UAE.
- Experience in the general maintenance industry is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.






- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
