The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

• Act as first point of contact
• Monitor driver sheets and prepare proper record of the invoices
• Follow the Company's rules and regulations and co-operate with the staff
• Update various spreadsheet and other general administrative duties as needed
• Answer and direct phone calls and transferring to concern person
• Printing orders and forward to dispatch department
• Distribute mail, Filing and sorting documents
• Assist the logistics department






• Monitor and order office supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
