Position: SALES EXECUTIVE (Arabic speaking)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Additional: Working 6 days a week

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience,





a passion for sales, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who is energetic, a great listener, and a creative problem solver. Strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients in our showroom, comprehensively understand their requirements, deliver engaging product presentations and tailor solutions that meet clients' needs on the floor.

Efficiently manage client payments, coordinate with Warehouse department to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Address any on-site issues during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Foster strong, enduring relationships with potential and existing clients, maintaining regular follow-ups.





Serve as the main point of contact for clients, promptly resolving any concerns and liaise internally for effective problem-solving.

Must be equipped to handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a positive experience for the customer.

Update and maintain the client database with accurate information.

The sales team is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the brand, through effective customer engagement and sales techniques.

The sales team may also be responsible for assisting with merchandising and visual presentation of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and engaging manner.

Responsible for upholding the luxury brand's image and values by representing the brand with professionalism,





knowledge, and a high level of customer service.

Collaborative team player capable of efficiently working with internal stakeholders.

Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty and ethical business conduct.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in furniture retail sales is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce or Business Administration, is preferred.
• Applicants must be fluent in English and Arabic
• Basic computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required.

Qualities we seek:

• We are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals.
• Candidates should have the ability to work on a shift basis, covering both opening and closing shifts.






• The ability to work six days a week with one day off is necessary.
• Candidates should always maintain a well-groomed and pleasant personality.
• Immediate appointment availability is a plus.
• Female candidates prefered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
