The Business Development and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a proactive individual with a blend of business acumen and digital marketing expertise for the different websites managed by the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development**:

- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities to expand the company's reach.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.






- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and results to senior management**.**

**2. Digital Strategy and Campaign Management**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure digital campaigns align with business development goals.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as traffic, leads, and conversions.

**3. Content Creation and Management**:

- Create and oversee content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with both business development and marketing goals.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and tailored to target audiences.






- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, digital marketing performance, and overall progress towards goals.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies and tactics.

**5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Leverage insights to inform both business development strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and maximize business outcomes.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to support digital marketing initiatives.

**7. Continuous Learning and Innovation**:

- Stay current with the latest business development practices, digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development and digital marketing, preferably within the UAE.






- Strong understanding of business development processes, client relationship management, and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
