As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.






- Provide information about our services, prices, and promotions.
- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage walk-in clients and ensure they are attended to promptly.
- Handle payments accurately and issue receipts.
- Keep track of inventory for retail products and assist with sales.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with barbers regarding appointment schedules and special requests from clients.
- Relay important information to clients regarding wait times, delays, or any changes to appointments.
- **Client Relations**:

- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Gather feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a database of client preferences and contact information.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes.







**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty and grooming industry is a plus.
