We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents for the Secondary Market. As a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in real estate activities, ensuring a smooth process.

**Number of Positions: 20**
**Key Responsibilities as a Secondary Market Real Estate Agent**:
- Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract.
- Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Arrange for title searchers to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
**Experience & Other Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the Secondary Market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic will be a plus point.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Pleasant personality.
