Our client, a prominent digital marketing agency based in Dubai, is actively looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding the client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes, enabling the development of successful marketing strategies.
- **Networking**: Skillfully network and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers through attendance at industry events and conferences.
- **Strategic Thinking**:





Develop long-term plans aligned with client goals, setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
- **Data Analysis**: Proficiently analyze campaign performance metrics, tracking data to make informed decisions and adjustments for optimal results.
- **Content Strategy**: Create and execute content strategies that resonate with target audiences, recognizing the pivotal role of content in digital marketing.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- **Tech Savvy**: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies, leveraging marketing automation software and CRM systems where applicable.
- **Creativity**: Develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns that capture audience attention in a competitive digital landscape.
- **Project Management**: Efficiently oversee multiple campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed effectively.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of business development experience in a digital media agency in Dubai.
- Strong sales experience and understanding of social media marketing and digital assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role.
- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successful partnership development.






- Proven track record of generating annual revenue between 1.5 to 2 million AED in the past 2-3 years.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed.
