Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, industry events, and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Strong knowledge of both residential commercial building markets and buyers
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present competitive and compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and secure long-term contracts while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
- Stay aware of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding competitive offerings and adjustments needed to stay ahead in the market.
- Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company brands, products, services, and solutions.
- 3-6 Years of Outdoor Building MaterialsExperience Required (UAE)
- Sales Management
- Driving License Required
- English and Hindi ( Arabic - Advantage)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Sales Target Achievement
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
