**We are looking for Indian head chef that a who aware about Rajasthani food and have minimum 5 years experience,**
**Position**: The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service. This role requires strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development**:
- Create and update seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and cooking techniques.
- **Kitchen Management**:
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- **Food Preparation**:
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain high standards for food hygiene and sanitation.
- **Inventory Control**:
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly.
- **Staff Management**:
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
- **Budget Management**:
- Assist in developing and managing the kitchen budget.
- Analyze food costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
**Working Conditions**:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
