**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Charm**:

- Be the welcoming face of our agency, greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer calls promptly and direct them efficiently, showcasing excellent communication skills.

**Administrative Wizardry**:

- Provide essential administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of our busy office.
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

**Communication Maestro**:







- Be the go-to person for all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**Office Ambassador**:

- Represent our agency with pride and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a receptionist or admin assistant in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills You Bring**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-player mentality.
