We're on the lookout for a dynamic **Social Media Executive** who's ready to bring their A-game to our creative team. If you've got a knack for managing shoots, crafting killer social media calendars, and engaging with clients like a pro, we want you!

**Location**:* Hybrid role based in our vibrant office at Emirates Tower, Dubai.

**Salary**:* AED 3,000/month on a 6-month probation period, with a view to increase based on performance.

**### *What You'll Be Doing**:*
**- *Shoot Management**:* Coordinate with our team to ensure every shoot runs smoother than a well-edited video. From setup to styling, you're the maestro of creating visually captivating content.






**- *Social Media Mastery**:* Develop and manage our monthly social media calendars. Planning, scheduling, and posting content that not only looks good but also aligns with our strategy and speaks to our audience.
**- *Client Communication:* **Your communication game is strong. You'll be the go-between, ensuring our clients are in the loop and happy with the magic we're creating for them.
**- *Content Creation**:* With your smartphone in hand and creativity in your heart, you'll craft content that's fresh, engaging, and trendsetting. Whether it's writing snappy captions or capturing the perfect shot, you're ready to make our brand shine.
**- *Community Engagement**:* Monitor and manage interactions across our platforms. You're the voice of our brand, engaging with our audience in meaningful ways.
**- *Reporting & Analysis**:* Keep tabs on our social media performance, extracting insightful data to help us grow stronger and reach further.
**- *Team Support**:* Offer a helping hand with daily tasks,





keeping our marketing machine well-oiled and running smoothly.

**### *Qualifications We're Looking For**:

- BA degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of agency experience - you're eager, knowledgeable, and ready to hit the ground running.
- Organizational prowess. Multitasking is your middle name.
- A proactive, intuitive approach. You're always two steps ahead.
- A creative, social-first mindset. You dream in hashtags and think in tweets.
- Deep knowledge of what works on social media. You're the go-to for best practices and trend forecasts.

- A wizard at drafting content ideas and visualizing the monthly editorial calendar.
- Savvy with social media tools for planning, scheduling,





and reporting.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, especially on platforms like TikTok.
