**Position: **CLIENT ACCOUNT OFFICER (CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER) FUEL UP**

**Looking for a someone with solid experience in telephonic customer service, retention, sales coordination and account handling.****:
**Purpose of the role**:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible to handle the accounts of Fuel Up customers and provide them with efficient customer service.

**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:

- To provide help and advice to customers about Fuel ups products and services;






- Investigate and solve customers' problems whilst working closely with the Customer relations manager.
- Responsible to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Learn about organizations products, promotions or services and keeps up to date with changes.
- Responsible for collecting money paid by clients for meals and update the money collection schedule.
- Ensure that all meal plans are created accurately whilst working closely with Nutrition Officers or the In house Nutritionist.
- Liaise with the Kitchen and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Measurable KPIs Retention % & Revenue Collection

**Professional Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Interpersonal Requirements**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to act on own initiative and handle stress well.- Excellent grooming/appearance at all times.
- Sociable with an open personality that fits the brand image.






- Commitment to developing and maintaining a premium brand.

**Job Type**: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- ** Salary**: AED 4,500/Month + Performance based incentives
- **Other Benefits**: Medical + Annual Airfare for self
