Roles & Responsibilities
Self Oriented and able to set directions and lead a team
Develop a growth strategy focused on increased profitability and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of cost savings and account growth
Ensure all cleaning services orders/projects are smoothly implemented efficiently and cost-effectively;
Responsible for hiring and deploying skillful and experienced cleaners
Responsible for staffing and training of cleaners to meet various operational requirements
Conduct random and pre-planned audits
Manage the purchase of materials and inventory controls for cleaning services
Ensure that site documentation and risk assessments are maintained and correct
Have a good customer network and maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Arrange and attend sales meetings with prospective clients, bid and secure new cleaning services contracts;
Prepare sales quotations and proposals, make sales calls and on-site client visits
Handle client's inquiries and feedback.
Posses good presentation and explanation skills
Skills and experience:
- Must have 7-10+ years’ of managerial experience in the cleaning industry in Dubai.
Must be career driven and able to communicate properly physically and remotely
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bussiness development manager: 6 years (preferred)
- Business marketing manager: 6 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
