Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, ensuring customers make informed decisions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Nationality: Emirati National with a valid Family Book.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or telecommunications is preferred but not required.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
