**Duties and responsibilties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in monthly and year-end financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

- accountant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic, Hindi, English (required)
