**Job Summary**:
The Guest Experience Maker is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming environment. This role is central to ensuring that every guest feels valued, respected, and satisfied with their experience. The Guest Experience Maker will interact directly with guests, coordinate with other departments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welcome and Greet Guests**: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- **Guest Assistance**: Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, provide information about the property,





services, and local attractions, and address any special requests or concerns.
- **Problem Resolution**: Quickly and effectively resolve any guest issues or complaints, ensuring a positive outcome and guest satisfaction.
- **Service Coordination**: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure that guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- **Experience Personalization**: Recognize repeat guests and personalize their experience based on previous interactions and preferences.
- **Upselling and Promotions**: Promote additional services, packages, or products to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensure that guests are aware of safety procedures and assist in maintaining a secure environment.
- **Feedback Collection**: Actively seek guest feedback to improve service offerings and report insights to management for continuous improvement.
- **Event Support**:





Assist with planning and executing special events or activities for guests, ensuring that they align with the overall guest experience strategy.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and any issues resolved.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in customer service, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.






- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is preferred.
